The free condoms by post service aims to provide free condoms within the NHS Forth Valley area to those most vulnerable to poor sexual health outcomes.
These populations have been defined as priority groups:
- Young people under 26
- Injecting drug users
- People with HIV or other BBVs
- Men who have sex with men (MSM)
- Ethnic minority groups in particular from sub-Saharan Africa
- Prison population
- Sex industry workers
